We are an award winning building and construction company specializing in custom and regenerative building solutions.

We work with an inclusive team of innovative, qualified professionals focused on health, efficiency, resilience and quality.

Our goal is to create low-impact, holistic human habitats that meet the needs of our clients and function as part of a regenerative system integrated with the natural setting.

Our multifaceted team includes journeyman carpenters, experienced project managers, apprentices and skilled trades workers with a variety of expertise and certifications in green building. We also work with, and coordinate a team of high calibre professional service contractors and sub-trades to complete projects from design and planning through construction and follow-up.

We keep up to date with innovations in regenerative design and building practices, sustainable building materials and technology by frequently attending workshops, seminars and conferences, by maintaining membership with the Canada Green Building Council, and by actively participating in discussions with other industry leaders.

Our Founder

Justen Foster is a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor and a Red Seal Certified Journeyman Carpenter who has acquired advanced green builder certification from Green Builder College in Houses That Work, Practical Green Building, Wood Structural Framing, Not So Big House Essentials, and Greening the Interior courses.

Justen was actively involved in the creation of an integrated community sustainability plan for the District of Invermere as part of the Community Sustainability Action Team during the Imagine Invermere process. He actively pursues continuing education opportunities for himself and members of the Everbuilt Developments team. Leading an active, adventurous lifestyle, Justen resides on an urban permaculture-based homestead in the town of Invermere. These are all testaments of his keen interests in regenerative development, planning and living.
